We hereby provide you with the following Privacy Notice, as detailed below, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”) and as provided in its Rules of Procedure (hereinafter “The Regulations”).
The Person in Charge refers to its employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, or providers of goods and/or services, all of whom are individuals and legal entities (hereinafter “The Headliner”), the following categories of personal data: identification data (such as name, age, nationality, gender, etc.), financial data, employment data, home address, billing information, credit and/or debit card numbers and/or promotional codes, phone numbers, email addresses, special requests, corporate data, legal representation data, official identification, security video recordings, and the company’s or business’s line of business.
The personal data listed above may be obtained from the Data Subject (i) in person; (ii) directly, either electronically or through requests, questionnaires, or forms; (iii) indirectly through publicly available sources or from third parties authorized by the Person in Charge, which are collected and generated from the legal relationship established with the Data Subject.
The personal data that The Person in Charge These are intended for two types of purposes, as described below:
1.1.- Those that give rise to a legal relationship between The Person in Charge y The Headline, and are necessary for the existence, maintenance, and fulfillment of that legal relationship:
1.2.- Purposes that are neither necessary nor give rise to a legal relationship with The Person in Charge, such as: Advertising of goods and/or services related to The Person in Charge, or any matter related to a commercial inquiry.
1.3.- For the purposes of genetic analysis, since genetic information is required from The Headline When preparing reports that are delivered electronically (such as via WhatsApp, email, and/or the Genolife app) or as a printed hard copy, it is important to note that the genetic information obtained from a buccal swab sample, saliva, whole blood, and/or any other human secretion, is analyzed using proprietary algorithms developed by The Person in Charge in order to obtain the result that is delivered to The Headline. This result is stored on servers at The Person in Charge for internal control and possible revisions to results in order to update reports based on new literature evidence that was not available at the time the results were compiled.
The Person in Charge agrees not to transfer your personal information to third parties, whether individuals or entities, without your consent, except:
The Data Subject has the right to access their personal data held by the organization The Person in Charge, as well as to correct them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; to have them deleted when you consider that they are no longer required for any of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, as well as when they are being used for purposes for which you have not given consent or when the contractual or service relationship has ended; or to object to the processing of such data for specific purposes (hereinafter, the “ARCO Rights”).
This applies to the data collected, as specified in the paragraph 1.1 of this Privacy Notice.
The mechanisms implemented for the “ARCO Rights“, are exercised by submitting the corresponding application form provided by The Responsible One at the following link, which must be filled out by The Headline:

Response Timeframe: The maximum timeframe for receiving a response to the Data Subject’s request is 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the day the request is received, so that, if the request is granted, it may be carried out within fifteen days following the date on which the response is communicated.
In the case of requests for access to personal data, the information will be provided upon verification that the requester is The Account Holder or Legal Representative with full authority, as appropriate.
The deadlines mentioned above may be extended by The Person in Charge on a one-time basis for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case warrant it.
The exercise of ARCO rights is free, and the subscriber will only be responsible for covering, if applicable, the costs of reproduction or shipping.

Request that we transfer your Personal or Genetic Data to another organization (to the extent that it is technically feasible).
File a complaint with a regulatory authority. In this regard, we would appreciate it if you would first contact us to share your concerns directly with us and give us the opportunity to resolve them.
The law provides for exceptions to these rights under certain circumstances. If you are unable to exercise any of these rights due to such an exception, we will explain the reason.
